By accessing or using Fan Sked (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Fan Sked lets you build a personal sports calendar from publicly available schedule data and sync it to your calendar provider. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your account

• You are responsible for the security of the identity provider account you use to sign in.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying providers.
• Do not use the Service to violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Schedule data

Schedule information is provided for personal convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always confirm important dates and times with the official source before relying on them.

Intellectual property

Fan Sked and its branding are owned by us. Team names, logos, and league marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fan Sked will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
